Accessories That Are standard For a Corporate Work Setting

Women in a corporate work setting have more formal standards to cleave to when it comes to their attire and accessories.  Although they may get away with more than a man could under enterprise to business-casual dress code, you still have to present yourself in a clean and pro manner. This description will discuss five different types of acceptable, yet fashionable, ways to accessorize your business ensembles.

  1.  Pearls are Perfect!  Audrey Hepburn knew exactly what she was doing when she wore a simple black shift dress and a coast of pearls.  No lady ever looked finer than with this simple black and white outfit.  Every woman, regardless of her profession, should own two things - a singular coast of pearls and a pair of pearl stud earrings.  These are first-rate items that look nothing else but sophisticated and stunning, no matter the occasion.  However, for the purpose of this article, pearl jewelry is nothing else but exquisite for the type of look a pro businesswoman should strive to achieve.
  2. Scarves for warmth, and most importantly, for fashion!  Light, airy scarves are all the rage this spring.  They vary from solid gauzy cottons, to flowy floral prints.  Not only will a scarf keep you a small bit warmer in that over-air-conditioned office of yours, but it will make an otherwise boring pantsuit and button-down shirt pop.
  3. Studs, and not of the male variety.  I speak specifically of Stud Earrings here.  Stud Earrings come in all different shapes, sizes, and colors.  Not only that, but they nothing else but have a way of making you look like you remembered each tiny information of your outfit, and go-getters in the enterprise world are all the time detail-oriented.  Studs look especially darling when you have your hair pulled back in that formal bun you always wear.  For example, check out Portia de Rossi's sassy character in Better Off Ted.
  4. Nike's, and no, I don't mean the sneaker.  If you have not yet tried out a pair of Cole Haan's infamous Nike Air pumps, please do.  Every gal from here to Egypt is snapping up these comfortable pumps by the dozen.  Sure, you will pay an exorbitant whole of money for them, but the fact of the matter is, you don't have to sell out ease for fashion.  These pumps come in all the most recent styles, they are well-made and will last for ages, plus you can wear them from dawn till dusk without a stitch of pain.
  5. A black crocodile-skin belt.  Every enterprise suit looks a small bit neater when paired with a belt.  Brooks Brothers has a nice medium-width crocodile skin belt for a reasonable price that will make you look like it took hours to get ready, even if you nothing else but just rolled right out of bed.
